Billing


Send invoices to your clients using Stripe integration. First set up your stripe account and integrate it to your Gonzy account. Once your stripe account is connected to your Gonzy account, you can invoice your clients on a 1 time or recurring basis.


To get started first toggle your switch to “Fulfillment”



From the Client Management / Fulfillment dashboard your will then choose the project that you would like to create an invoice for by hovering over your Company or Project, then clicking on the blue button labeled “Manage”



Once inside the Company or Project dashboard, select the link labeled "Billing" on the left navigation menu.



Once on the Company or Project Billing page you will be shown an overview of the existing billing information for this Company or Project.

View previous year results, create a product, or choose and existing product that has already been configured for this Company or Project.



To Create a product click on the button labeled  "+ Create product" you will then need to fill out the information for the product that you are creating. Give the product a name, description, add the price, select whether it is a 1 time payment or a recurring payment, add a price description, then click on the blue button labeled "Create".
