Client Management / Fulfillment Dashboard
Client Management
Toggle the switch to “Fulfillment” to access the Client Management dashboard.

From the dashboard view you will see any task completed, task status, any unassigned task, and any urgent or currently due tasks.

Scrolling down from the dashboard area you will see any active projects or companies you may have. If this is your first time in this area you will need to first start by creating a new project or company by clicking on the blue button labeled “New +” in the Active projects / Companies section of the Client Management dashboard.

Once clicked you will be taken to a popup where you can then “Make A Project” or “Make A Company”.

To Make A Project click on the blue button labeled “Make A Project” where you will be then taken to a popup where you can Name your Project, once you are satisfied with the name of your project you can then continue by clicking on the blue button labeled “Submit”

After creating a name for your project you will be taken back to the Client Management Dashboard where you will see your existing Projects and Companies including the new Project you have created. Hovering over the new project you will notice 3 new buttons, the blue button with the white + symbol will allow you to assign users from your organization to the Project. Archive will archive the Project and take it out of your Client Management Dashboard and place the project in your Archived Folder.

Clicking on the blue button labeled “Manage” will take you directly into that Specific Project management Dashboard where you can then assign tasks, add edit and remove documents and files related to this project visit the Water Cooler, view any Message Boards, and edit other details relating to your project.

Creating a Company utilizes the same process, after clicking on the blue button labeled “New +” from the Active Projects / Companies section of the Client Managment Dashboard you are taken to the popup where you can select blue button labeled “Make A Company”
Next give your newly created Company a Name then click on the blue button labeled “Submit”
You will be taken back to your Client Management Dashboard and you will notice your new company in the list under the Active Projects / Companies section. You will notice different Icons to represent your Active Projects or Active Companies.
Once you hover your mouse over the new company you will see a familiar set of options where you can assign users from your organization to this company, Archive the entire Company.
Clicking on the blue button labeled Manage will take you to that company’s dashboard which will have more options compared to a project. From the Company dashboard you can add information about the company such as contact information, social media accounts, website, create tasks, upload edit and manage docs & files related to this company, manage the billing details, check the Water Cooler, or any Messages on the Message board.
If you have text messaging and email integrations you will see any communications when you click on the link labeled “Go to Communications >”. From the Communications screen you can view and communications with this company and their representatives by clicking on either “Emails” to view any email communications, or “SMS” to view any text messages with this company or their representatives.
