To get started first toggle your switch to “Fulfillment”
From the Client Management / Fulfillment dashboard your will then choose the project that you would like to manage docs & files for by hovering over your Company or Project, then clicking on the blue button labeled “Manage”
Clicking on Manage will take you to the Company or Project dashboard. You can access the Docs & Files from 2 locations. From the left navigation menu link labeled “Docs & Files” or from the Docs & Files card link labeled “Go to Docs & Files”. Click either to access the Docs & Files for that Company or Project.
Create new folders, docs, or even upload Files using the button on the right labeled “+ New…”
Making a new folder is easy, once you click “Make a new folder” from the dropdown menu, you will first need to create a name for the folder. You can do this by clicking into the text field and deleting the default “Name” that is given to the folder. Using the pencil icon will open up the editor for the folder on the right. From there you can assign users from your organization, tasks, and add comments to the folder. Once finished click on the folder to access the contents.
Once inside the folder you can create more folders, docs, or even upload your own files
Next we’ll create a new doc for this example. Click on the button labeled “+ New…” then select “Make a new doc” from the dropdown menu. You wil be taken to the doc editor where you can start by adding a title to your document, then you can add the contents of your doc in the description section of the doc editor. Once you are satisfied with the doc you can click the blue button labeled “Create” located on the bottom right corner of the doc editor.
To upload files click the button labeled “+ New…” then select “Upload files” from the dropdown menu.Select the file you would like to upload from your computer and then click to continue uploading your file to that Company or Project you are working in.
