Facebook Lead Ads Integrations

You can integrate your client's Facebook pages with Gonzy to automatically import all lead ads associated with those pages and the leads collected from those ads - so that you can send those Facebook leads through a Gonzy sales pipeline, run Gonzy automations on Facebook leads or send bulk messages to those leads.

Facebook lead ads are integrated within the fulfillment dashboard on a per-customer basis. Start by toggle to the fulfillment side of the app from the toggle in the app header. Then click on the Manage button for the company whose lead ads you want to connect to Gonzy. If you don't have a company/customer in the database yet you can also create one on this page.

The next step is to click on the Forms link from the left-hand vertical side menu.

From the Forms page, click on the Facebook Lead Forms tab from the horizontal menu which shows Active Forms, Websites & Facebook Lead Forms. You will see a page that looks like the screenshot below.

Click the Connect button. You will see a disclaimer reassuring you how we intend to use the Facebook lead data you're connecting to Gonzy. Click continue and you will be redirected to a page where you grant consent to the Facebook page(s) you wish to connect for this particular customer.

The scopes we are requesting are only what is necessary to automatically import Facebook lead ads & leads into Gonzy so although you may see the permission for example to create & manage ads - the Gonzy app will not modify your ads at all, we only use this scope to read ad data.

Once you have granted consent you will be brought back to the Gonzy app and you will see a success message notifying you that your Facebook account has been connected. You should see a list of all of the Facebook pages you have connected for this customer and you may disconnect individual pages or all of the pages if you wish by simply clicking the Disconnect button.

You are all set now to start seeing Facebook leads & lead ads appearing directly within Gonzy. Check the Active Forms tab and you should see a form for each of the lead ads associated with the Facebook pages you connected. Clicking into one of those forms will show you the Facebook leads as form submissions.

While the Facebook ads run and more leads are collected they will automatically appear within the form submissions tab above.
