Marketing Automations
Closely tied to the Gonzy forms are marketing automations.Marketing automations consist of a series of customizable SMS messages, emails and time delays. You can customize however many messages and time delays as you see fit in any combination and order. These marketing automations are then run on the leads that you collected from your form submissions.
To get started, the emails and SMS messages will be sent from your customer’s email account and phone number. You will need to invite a customer account, onboard them into the customer dashboard and connect their email and SMS accounts. Follow the steps already outlined in the Forms article which walks you through how to invite a customer, onboard them and connect their email and SMS.
The marketing automations feature is accessible from within the fulfillment dashboard from within a particular company/customer view. To get to the fulfillment dashboard click on the toggle in the app header and toggle it to fulfillment. Then either create a new company or click on the Manage button to go into the existing company’s fulfillment dashboard view. From here you should see in the left hand menu a link to navigate to the Marketing Automations page.
On the marketing automations page you can create any number of marketing automations you wish and turn them on and off.

Once you create an automation, from within the marketing automation editor you can assign the automation to the form and this will trigger the automation whenever a form is submitted so long as the automation is toggled active.
Alternatively, you can associate the automation with a particular pipeline or stage within a pipeline so that the automation will be triggered when the deal is moved to that particular stage in the pipeline (see the pipelines in fulfillment section below for more details on pipelines).
You can also select which automations you would like the customer user to view within their customer dashboard (see the customer dashboard section below for more details on the customer dashboard).

Navigate to the Actions tab within the marketing automation editor to start adding actions. Once more, you can add any combination of SMS, emails and time delays. You will notice within the SMS and email actions there is an option to set conditions. You can set conditions based on how the lead this automation is running on answers a form input. Coming soon: you will be able to set conditions based on the replies to previous emails in the automation and the sentiment of those replies as determined by AI (positive or negative sentiment). You can also substitute dynamic variables from the form submission directly into the email subject, body & SMS message.

The logs tab in the far right within the marketing automations editor provides you with a log history of any SMS or email actions that were sent out and the status of those messages. Sometimes factors outside of our control will cause the email or SMS not to be sent (for example: the lead has an invalid email or phone number). From within the logs tab you will be able to keep a close eye on the status of your sent messages as you see fit.
