Message Board

Opening Message Boards will allow the members of your organization to communicate with each other on separate topics.

For example let’s say you have a Design Team and a Writing Team.  There is a topic that was created to discuss the new company logo. At the same time, the writers have a separate set of questions relating to the project.

Both the Writers and the Design Team in this example can open their own message board to discuss with the team what needs to happen to achieve the end result for each of their dilemmas.

To get started first toggle your switch to “Fulfillment”

From the Client Management / Fulfillment dashboard your will then choose the project that you would like to create a Message Board on by hovering over your Company or Project, then clicking on the blue button labeled “Manage”

Clicking on Manage will take you to the Company or Project dashboard. You will then click on that company or project’s Message Board to access the Message Board for that Company or Project.

From the Message Board begin creating your first Message Board by first giving the Message Board a name. Click the text field labeled “+ Create new message board”, then on the popout menu give your Message Board a name, then give your message. To start the topic off, click the button labeled “Create message board” once you have added your title and your message.
