Pipelines

Gonzy Pipelines


To navigate to the Gonzy Pipelines area, first be sure the toggle is set to sales, then click the Pipelines link in the left navigation menu.



Create a new pipeline by clicking on the drop down box located at the top of the Pipelines page, then clicking an Create new pipeline.



When creating a new pipeline you will be prompted to name your pipeline and you will also need to give the estimated value per deal, once you’ve filled in your information click Save to create your pipeline.



Once your pipeline is created you will be taken to your new pipeline and from here you can start by adding in your pipeline stages.



When adding stages you will need to give each stage a name that will be shown on your pipeline, the day in which this is due after the deal goes into that stage, and a brief description about this stage. The team here at Gonzy have also taken user input and added a Message template you could utilize too! Once finished you can Create the stage by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of the form.



Once your first stage is completed you will be taken back to your pipeline where you can create more stages by clicking on the “+ Add a stage” link



If you ever need to modify your stage you can simply hover the stage you would like to modify, 2 icons will appear; a wand and a trash bin. Click on the wand to modify the current stage, or to delete the stage you would click on the trash bin icon.



You can also click and drag stages left and right to reorganize your stages



There are 2 other icons at the top of your Pipelines screen, the wand and the filter icon. This is more for organizing your deals that you have currently in your pipeline.



Clicking the wand will allow you to update your selected pipeline’s information such as pipeline name and average deal amount.



Once finished making changes you can click the blue “Update” button to save your changes. Alternatively you can click on the Red “Delete Pipeline” button if you would like to delete the pipeline all together. If you clicked the wand by mistake you can click cancel to return to the main Pipelines screen.


The filter icon will allow you to organize your pipeline deals based on certain criteria such as keywords or an assigned status.



To sort or filter your pipeline deals by assigned team members, first locate the “Filter by Team Member” search bar located on the right side of the pipeline screen shown below.



Creating and adding Deals from within the pipeline


Clicking on the blue button “+ Deal” on the top right corner of the screen from the pipeline page will allow you to add new deals directly into your pipeline.



Once clicked you will see a popup that you will need to fill out relating to the deal you are creating. The information that’s required to create the deal is the Email and Company Name fields. The other optional fields that you can add in would be the contact Phone number and what stage the deal is currently in.
