Pipelines in Fulfillment
Pipelines within fulfillment allow you to create a custom series of stages to move deals through for your customer.
Navigate to the pipelines page within fulfillment by first toggling to the Fulfillment with the toggle in the app header. You will be taken to a page where you can see a list of companies/customers. Either create a new company or click to manage an existing one. You will then be taken to the fulfillment dashboard for that company and you should see a link in the left side menu for Pipelines. Click on the Pipelines link.

From within the Pipelines page select the dropdown below the Pipelines header text and select “Create new pipeline” to create your first pipeline. You assign a name to the pipeline and the average $ value to the deals in that pipeline.
Once you created your pipeline - you can click the + Add a stage button to add the different stages of the pipeline. This will set up a kanban style board for you to drag and drop deals between the different stages.
Deals can be added to the pipelines page within fulfillment in two ways. You can add a deal directly clicking on the + Add a deal button or within the Leads page and form submissions table on the Forms page you can select leads / form submissions and push them to a pipeline. This will create a deal for each of the leads / form submissions you selected and you can now move the new deals between pipeline stages.

You may choose to archive a deal and the button on this page Archive Deals will bring you to a page where you can view the archived deals.
Marketing automations can be assigned to a selected pipeline and stage to trigger that automation when a deal is moved to that stage. See the Marketing Automations section for more information.
