Prospecting
This tool is currently only available in the USA and not in Canada.
To navigate to the Prospecting tool, first be sure the toggle is set to sales, then click the Prospecting link in the left navigation menu.

To start building your prospecting list you will first need to enter your niche, city, and state into the appropriate fields. Once the required fields have been added you will then click on the blue Search button.

The prospecting tool will then begin to fetch the data that matches your entries and you will be provided a popup with an estimated time of list completion, this is not the actual time it will take to provide the list. Once you click the “OK” button you will be taken to the Prospecting Search History page where you can view your other prospecting lists while your new list is being created.

Actual times will vary and you can check back on the search history page as it updates.

You can also navigate to other parts of Gonzy while your new prospecting list is being built, then just come back to it later.
From the prospecting page click on the button labeled “More Options” then click on “View Search History” from the submenu.

Once your list is finished you can view the list by clicking on the blue button labeled “View Prospects”

You will then be taken to your newly created prospect list. From here you can quickly view the prospects website, phone number, email address, social media accounts, and any other information the prospecting tool has found.

You can filter your new prospect list by clicking on the button labeled “Filter”, choosing your options you’d like to target, then clicking on the blue button labeled “Apply Filter” at the bottom. Your list will then update to the number of prospects that meet your entered criteria.
Downhill Mode is a quick filtering option that automatically adds or removes only the prospects that are using Google and Facebook pixel. Simply click the blue button labeled “Downhill Mode” and you will immediately see only prospects that are showing using Google and Facebook pixel.
Choosing the sort button will allow you to reorganize your prospecting list using any of the data fields available. After selecting the option that represents the data field you would like to sort your list by you can then select wether you would like that list to be sorted in ascending or descending order. To finish select the button labeled “Apply”
After you are satisfied with your prospecting list you can select all of your remaining prospects and push them to your pipeline directly from the prospecting tool.
Next you will need to select the pipeline and the stage in which you would like to place the selected prospects into. Then select the blue button labeled “Insert Prospects”
Your list will then be automatically placed into the pipeline and stages you specified. This may take some time depending on how many prospects are in your list. While the list is being imported into your pipeline you can start another prospecting search using this same process.
