# Rolodex

**Rolodex**

From the Rolodex page you can organize your contacts that you’ve entered into Gonzy you can find the Rolodex by first making sure the toggle is set to “Sales” then click on “Rolodex” from the left navigation menu.

Once in the Rolodex you will see your contacts as shown in the previous example. From here you can hover over an existing contact and edit or remove them from your Rolodex.

In this example the notepad and pencil icon in the previous image represents the edit button and the trash can icon will allow you to remove this contact from your Rolodex.  
Once you click to edit the contact you will be shown a quick contact card that you can then update as necessary.

Items you can update from here are Name, Position, Phone Number, and Email. You can also set the contact as a primary contact should they be part of an organization.
