Task Management
To access the Task Management page on Gonzy, first be sure the toggle is set to “Fulfillment” then click on the link labeled “Task Management” on the left navigation menu.

From the Gonzy Task Management screen you can create a new to do list by first clicking on the button labeled “+ Create to do list”, give your new list a name, and then you’ll need to click on the blue button labeled labeled “Create”. You’re

Once created, your new list will then be listed below. When you hover your new list, you will be given the option to create your first task. To start, click the button labeled “+ Create Task” when hovering over your list to create your first task. You can delete the list using the trashbin icon located on the right side when hovering your to do list.

Alternatively you can create a task by clicking on the button labeled “+ Create task” at the top of the Task Management page, giving your task a name, selecting the to do list, then clicking the blue button labeled “Create”.

Once your task is created you can assign the task to yourself or another member of your organization. To delete the created task, hover over the task then click on the trashbin icon.
