# **Organization Admin**

* Ceates an organization
* Selects a subscription
* Can create users stated below
* Can invite Organization Users by Email
* Can assign roles to users that are stated below
* Can manage the status of its organization
* Dashboard (Organization Info, All Organization Users, Companies, Projects, Project Team Activities, Pipelines, Deals and Deals Statistics)

# **Sales Manager**

* Can view prospecting page and all pipelines under his/her current organization
* Can manage deals
* Can create Sales Team Members stated below
* Can invite Sales Team Members by Email
* Can assign specific pipelines to Sales Team Members
* Dashboard (Sales Team Members Activities, Pipelines, Deals and Deals Statistics)

# **Sales Team Member**

* Cannot view the prospecting page
* Can view any pipelines that have deal cards assigned to this user
* Can manage deals that belong to pipelines assigned to this user
* Dashboard (Activities, Pipelines, Deals and Deals Statistics)

# **Company Manager**

* Can create users stated below
* Can invite Organization Users by Email so long as they are also Company Managers
* Can manage the status of companies assigned to this user
* Dashboard (Company Info, All Company Users, Projects, Project Team Activities, Project Tasks, Project Tasks Statistics)
