To access the Task Management page on Gonzy, first be sure the toggle is set to “Fulfillment” in the upper left corner of the screen

The Water Cooler is a place where everyone assigned to the company or project can message each other about the project and company to keep everyone in the loop.

From the Fulfillment / Client Management Dashboard. You will need to click the blue button labeled “Manage” when hovering over the Project or Company you would like to access the Water Cooler for.

Once in the dashboard for that Company or Project, click on the link labeled “Water cooler” on the left navigation menu.

To start a message in the Water cooler, scroll down to the bottom of the Water cooler page where you will see a text box. From that text box you can write your message to any assigned users on this Company or Project. You can format your message, include links, media,  and even add emojis to your Water cooler message.

Once you have finished crafting your message click on the blue button with the paper airplane icon to send your message to the Water cooler for everyone assigned to the Company. You can see your message in the Water cooler with attached time stamp. Other users assigned to this Company or Project can then respond to your message in the Water cooler and keep urgent or important communications with your team flowing smoothly.
