Billing
Send invoices to your clients using Stripe integration. First set up your stripe account and integrate it to your Gonzy account. Once your stripe account is connected to your Gonzy account, you can invoice your clients on a 1 time or recurring basis.
To get started first toggle your switch to “Fulfillment”

Task Management
To access the Task Management page on Gonzy, first be sure the toggle is set to “Fulfillment” then click on the link labeled “Task Management” on the left navigation menu.

To get started first toggle your switch to “Fulfillment”
From the Client Management / Fulfillment dashboard your will then choose the project that you would like to manage docs & files for by hovering over your Company or Project, then clicking on the blue button labeled “Manage”

Gonzy forms allow you to create custom forms to capture leads on your customer’s website or directly from the form link. There is also an option to connect your forms from Snapps.ai and Elementor directly into Gonzy to send form submissions from those platforms into Gonzy.
Creating & Publishing a Custom Form
To get to the forms page, navigate to the fulfillment side of the app by toggling to fulfillment with the toggle on the left side of the app header. From here you can select the customFew readersClient Management / Fulfillment Dashboard
Client Management
Toggle the switch to “Fulfillment” to access the Client Management dashboard.
From the dashboard view you will see any task completed, task status, any unassigned task, and any urgent or currently due tasks.

Closely tied to the Gonzy forms are marketing automations.Marketing automations consist of a series of customizable SMS messages, emails and time delays. You can customize however many messages and time delays as you see fit in any combination and order. These marketing automations are then run on the leads that you collected from your form submissions.

The customer dashboard provides an overview of the fulfillment dashboard for your customer to view. From within the customer dashboard your customer can view the leads you have captured for them, the forms, automations & pipelines you set up for them, the documents and files you are sharing with them, the tasks your team has assigned for the customer to view, message boards the customer is a part of and finally the customer has their own calendar with all the same functionality mentioned in theFew readersWater Cooler

The Water Cooler is a place where everyone assigned to the company or project can message each other about the project and company to keep everyone in the loop.

You can integrate your client's Facebook pages with Gonzy to automatically import all lead ads associated with those pages and the leads collected from those ads - so that you can send those Facebook leads through a Gonzy sales pipeline, run Gonzy automations on Facebook leads or send bulk messages to those leads.
Facebook lead ads are integrated within the fulfillment dashboard on a per-customer basis. Start by toggle to the fulfillment side of the app from the toggle in the app header. Then cFew readersMessage Board
Message Board
Opening Message Boards will allow the members of your organization to communicate with each other on separate topics.
For example let’s say you have a Design Team and a Writing Team. There is a topic that was created to discuss the new company logo. At the same time, the writers have a separate set of questions relating to the project.
Both the Writers and the Design Team in this example can open their own message board to discuss with the team what needs to happen to achieve tFew readersPipelines in Fulfillment
Pipelines within fulfillment allow you to create a custom series of stages to move deals through for your customer.
Navigate to the pipelines page within fulfillment by first toggling to the Fulfillment with the toggle in the app header. You will be taken to a page where you can see a list of companies/customers. Either create a new company or click to manage an existing one. You will then be taken to the fulfillment dashboard for that company and you should see a link in the left side menu forFew readers
